Our client are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager who has had experience in the hospitality / lifestyle industry and has worked on KPI's & commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Meet/exceed KPI & Sales targets both for engagement, new product development and customer satisfaction for a portfolio of large and VIP clients

* Deliver on annual sales targets

* Build and maintain strong relations with our partners to ensure a high degree of partner satisfaction

* Manage two Account Managers ensuring KPI's are achieved

* Deliver on KPI's for onboarding of inventory

* Working with external and internal technical stakeholders to create and deliver an ambitious integration roadmap

* Deliver strategy and tactics to reduce partner and product churn

* Secure best in market exclusive offers from partners

* Use professional negotiation skills to deliver improved margins from within your allocated client base

* Proactively monitor the trading performance of allocated accounts and identify and deliver product opportunities to deliver year on year growth

* Use the established Salesforce system to ensure accurate records are kept

* Assist the Head of Partner Management where required in the delivery of business projects

Desired Skills & Experience:

* An accomplished account manager with a track record in developing new opportunities with large businesses, ideally within the hotel/restaurant/leisure industry

* A minimum of 3 years' experience within Account Management or Sales

* An exceptional communicator and relationship builder

* Outstanding analytical skills, with strong knowledge of Excel

* You should be highly commercial, a strong negotiator

* A sound understanding of multichannel retailing

* Good organisational skills

* A team player
