The purpose of the role:

To undertake plumbing pre-planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, repairs, fault diagnosis, breakdown repairs and new works on equipment and carry out minor new installations
Coordinating activities to carry out repairs of domestic and commercial equipment
To ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety guidelines, statutory acts and regulations
Electricians also deal with emergency call-outs, which will occasionally be outside of normal hours.

We are looking for candidates who:

Have a full knowledge in all aspects of fault finding installation works and be qualified with a recognised body (Level 2 City & Guilds, NVQ) or equivalent trade qualifications.
Have a full knowledge in all aspects of fault finding diagnostics and maintenance to heating systems, various water, sanitary and drainage systems.
