This major supplier to the electrical manufacturing industry is looking for a key finance team member, who has experience of a finance function within a small business environment, and who's ready to join our friendly office based in Portslade with immediate start.
Key responsibilities :
Dealing with purchase ledger, banking, credit control and some elements of sales ledger as well as assisting the Financial Controller in the smooth and efficient operation of the finance function.
What we are looking for:
Highly motivated with a positive, can do attitude
Flexible approach with the ability to multitask
Good verbal and written communicator who's methodical, numerate and orderly
Attention to detail plus an ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent timekeeper who is committed.
Great team member but also able to work independently on your initiative.
IT literate in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and ERP systems
Previous experience in a similar role.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30 -5pm Friday 8.30-4pm ( 45 min lunch break )
