This vacancy is part of the Government's Kickstart Scheme - to apply you must be aged between 18-24 and currently on Universal Credit.
This is an exciting opportunity and your chance to gain valuable, meaningful experience in a PAID role for at least 6 months.
Who would I be working for?
Acorn Recruitment are an established Welsh recruitment business who are industry leaders across the UK.
Who we're looking for someone who has:
No experience required, but any customer service-based experience would be an advantage.
Good communication both written and verbal.
Good organisational skills, able to plan your day and prioritise workload.
What will you do?
The role of a resource is to assist our Recruitment Consultants in finding the right people to fill client vacancies. You will be assisting with:
Writing job adverts
Promoting vacancies across social media
Assessing CV's and job applications
Conducting phone and face to face interviews
Arranging client interviews
Formatting CV's
Giving feedback to applicantsFull training on the role will be given and a training plan put in place from day one to help progress the individual's skills throughout the placement.
What else do I need to know?
The pay is National Minimum Wage
The role will be 25 hours per week will be split across over 3-5 days
