Senior Architect
Senior or Associate level Architect required to join a multi-disciplinary practice based in Belper, Derbyshire. The practice offer numerous services in areas including Architecture, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering and Roads & Infrastructure amongst others.
The Architectural arm of the company is currently flourishing and have won various high profile commissions of late, in sectors that range from Education and Housing schemes, through to multi-million pound Industrial, Biotechnical & Pharmaceutical projects. The Architectural team requires a Senior or Associate level Architect to join them to manage elements of their ever increasing workload.
As a Senior Architect within the practice, you will have various responsibilities which will vary between general management of teams within the office, as well as a more hands on approach on live projects. A working knowledge of Revit software is of high importance for this position, and Senior Architects applying for this role will be expected to be able to demonstrate high levels of competence in the use of Revit.
Whilst this is a Senior Architect position, it will also be open to those seeking an Associate level role and this can be discussed at interview.
A Senior Architect with the following skills/qualifications would be ideal:
UK recognised Part 1, 2 & 3 qualifications & be a fully qualified Architect.
ARB registered
Approximately 5-10 years of post qualification experience, working within a similar environment.
A varied background of delivering projects in a range of sectors, including; Healthcare, Industrial and Commercial specifically.
At least 3-4 years of Revit usage, and be fully proficient in the package.
Ability and confidence to lead a small team of technical staff.
Be interested in possibly working towards a business development style role.
Salary is negotiable dependant on current experience but is likely to be in the region of GBP44,000 - GBP52,000 per annum, alongside a competitive benefits package.
