SHIFT: 10pm - 6am, Mon - Fri

COMPANY INFORMATION: our client is a Leading Manufacturer in the Yorkshire and Humber region. They are a major blue chip brand that predominantly manufacture branded products.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
* Previous experience working in the FMCG Industry
* HACCP qualification would be advantageous
* Previous experience working on SAP
* Excellent man management skills
* Understanding and ability to work to food safety and quality standards.
ROLE INFORMATION: Our Client are currently looking to recruit for a Production Manager to join their established business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to hit KPI's on a busy manufacturing site. Ideally the successful candidate will have had experience in the below;
* Maintain a safe working environment for employees, products and processes within the shift and involving the team, in line with the Company's HSE policy.
* Work with and through the Technical Department through the Food Safety & Quality Co-ordinators and team to ensure compliance with product quality standards.
* Maximise involvement and potential of team members through effective communication, and on-going focus on people development via the PDP system. Ensuring responsibility for completion of training records for their team assessments.
* Work with Senior Manager's and Team Manager colleagues; identifying optimum work methods and ensure consistency of operation through development and application of Standard Training Operating Procedures.
* Keep the Time & Attendance system
