Here at Nagel Langdons, we have an exciting opportunity for a Driver Debriefer to join the team based at our Liverpool depot. You will be working on a full time, permanent basis, you will be working Monday - Friday 12:30-21:00 and in return you'll receive a competitive salary of GBP25,121.63 per annum.

The Driver Debriefer role:
Your role will be to ensure all returning drivers and their vehicles are fully checked in, allocated and all relevant records are reviewed and maintained.
What you'll be doing as our Driver Debriefer:
- Receive all collection and delivery paperwork from returning drivers and ensures it is fully completed and correct
- Assist drivers with downloading tacho records and identifying any discrepancies or omissions
- Work closely with Transport Operation staff to identify and plan for relevant resources to be redeployed
- Identify any barriers to plans and take appropriate action to ensure adequate resources are in place and any issues relating to collection, transportation and delivery of goods are addressed
- Work closely with workshop colleagues to ensure resource requirements and service schedules are identified and met
- Provide cover for the Customer Service and Transport Teams where required
What qualifications and experience are we looking for in our Driver Debriefer?
- Qualified to Level 2 Supply Chain Operator or equivalent
- Experience of working in a team-based office environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- IT literate in Microsoft Office packages
- The ability to compile, analyse and interpret relevant data
- Extensive knowledge and application of transport regulations and health and safety procedures
What skills and abilities are we looking for in our Driver Debriefer?
- Ability to use initiative and to be organised so that key tasks can be completed fully and on time
- Ability to work to set targets and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven arithmetic skills
- Happy to work within a team
