Sterling Recruitment are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to join our client based in Newton Aycliffe.

The role will be working on a temporary basis in the first instance, potentially moving to permanent for the right candidate.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

Main duties of the role will include:
Administration, such as advertising jobs, liaising with 3rd party suppliers
Inducting of new members of staff
Ensuring paperwork is accurate and correct
Liaising with department managers regarding personnel
Diary management
Payroll duties, such as clock card systems and timesheet entries
Sourcing potential new recruits and following an interview process
Basic admin duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning
Covering reception as and when
Dealing with visitors
Adhering to company health and safety policies

Previous customer service and administration experience is essential.

The role is to start immediately and could potentially lead to a permanent contract for the right candidate
