IT Operations Manager
I'm currently recruiting for an IT Operations Manager on behalf of an industry revolutionising client based in Derby.
You will be responsible for managing project delivery and day to day IT operations.
Below are some of the key responsibilities;
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and vendors.
- Manage Cloud services.
- Meet and manage financial targets.
- Own ITIL processes.
- Review service delivery.
- Manage support processes.
- Service improvement.
- DR and BCP execution.
- Project delivery/management.
- Continual development of the IT infrastructure.
This is an all-encompassing role working directly under the CTO in a business that has huge plans for expansion!
