Learning and Tech Training Manager
Do you have learning and development manager experience, and are you seeking a new job in Royal Leamington Spa? Tate are looking for a Learning and Technical Training Consultant to join the NHS Test and Trace team, and the role comes with an hourly rate of GBP21.39.
As a flexible Learning and Technical Training Consultant, you will design and deliver a broad range of scientific and non-scientific technical training.
In your first week in this professional development manager role, you can expect to:
Support the design and development of training materials to meet the agreed training priorities and strategy
Prepare and deliver training and facilitation of development events
Assess and evaluate results and provide performance feedback
Ensure all work is to ALCOA+ data integrity standards within a QMS context
You will also develop collaborative partnerships internally and externally to ensure effective delivery, and support colleagues in delivering training and development activity.
To apply for this training and development manager role, you will need experience working in a highly regulated pharma/laboratory environment or similar, along with experience working with an LMS platform.
You will also require the following L&D Manager experience:
Applying an instructional system design (ISD) model
Designing and developing PowerPoint slides/templates - intermediate/advanced level
Using Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word - intermediate/advanced level
