WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This post is an Admin Bank Secretarial post and therefore will by it's nature move around the organisation and operate on an as and when basis.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide full secretarial support including the production of letters, reports, photocopying documents, filing as required, making full use of the Microsoft Office IT package via copy typing or audio typing methods.

To maintain and update electronic diaries, arranging appointments and meetings as required and ensuring that appropriate documentation is available to support all such
