We are hiring Insertion Machine Operator.
This is an ongoing Temporary role based in Essex.
Department: Sheet Metal
Salary: GBP10.50 per hour ( Paye) and GBP13.50 ( Umbrella)
Hours: 7.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday
7.30 am to 12.30 pm Friday (39 hours)
JOB PROFILE for Insertion Machine Operator role:
Operate the Insertion Machine in the Sheet Metal Department.
Working on an Insertion machine, large volume production.
Repeated levels of concentration required to maintain expected quality levels.
Some manual lifting required.
Candidates for Insertion Machine Operator role must:
Ensure consistent high quality of finished product, working within drawing specification and that the product is suitable for further stages of manufacture.
Ensure machine is maintained in accordance with your Line Manager's requirements.
Follow basic engineering drawings and instructions
Ensure all paperwork is correctly completed to enable smooth handover to following shift.
EXPERIENCE for Insertion Machine Operator role
Machining experience in a sheet metal department.
Knowledge of sheet metal tools.
Familiar with engineering drawings
Be aware with the ability to work within the companies QHSE Policies
Reliable, Flexible, Hardworking and punctual
Have an engineering aptitude
Possess dexterity, common sense and a flexible working attitude
