Driver
We are looking for an experienced driver to help our residents to access the community. Always ensuring the vehicles are clean and maintained in accordance with our health and safety standards and if time permits carrying out some general maintenance.
About You
At our Salisbury based support living home we provide a care support partnership with adults with learning disabilities and mental health problems, who need assistance with their social and household activities. We truly believe the people we support deserve full and enriching lives.
We are looking for a respectful, resourceful and reliable individual with the ability to adapt your approach, you will be committed to supporting disabled people to live fulfilling lives. You'll need clear verbal communication skills, as well as a flexible approach to your work.
You'll need to hold a full driving licence which allows you to drive manual minibuses in the U.K. A MIDAS or equivalent qualification and knowledge of using wheelchair restraints in vehicles is desirable.
