Paterson Recruitment are recruiting a Breakfast Chef to work within this beautiful 4 star family-run hotel located in central Oxford.
The Restaurant 66A, was awarded 2AA Rosettes and is open to residents and non-residents looking for affordable traditional British food and European cuisine in Oxford.
If you are experienced Breakfast chef we would love to talk with you.
Responsibilities:
Excellent organisational skills
Follow and manage all HACCAP procedures with the kitchen
Ensure all orders are presented to a high standard and checked for freshness and quality.
Ensure guest receive an excellent breakfast dinning experience
Be fully aware of menu items and be prepared to accommodate individual guest breakfast requirements.
