GBP11 - GBP15 per hour

Tate are partnered with a multinational energy company and are recruiting a Plant Coordinator within a based in Thatcham, Berkshire.

The Role

Due to the Covid19 pandemic, safety measurements will be in place. However, candidates should still be local, as initial training and the role will be office based.

Key Duties and Accountabilities:

The focus of the role will be to support the Plant Workshop Supervisor and Operations Coordinator with administration duties including dealing with customer enquiries, taking diary bookings, requisition input, programming work for the Workshop Fitters and to cover any other ad hoc duties as and when required.

Would suit someone who has done a similar role in a similar environment - this is a more industrial/warehouse-based role and not in a corporate office environment

Working hours are 8am until 4pm Monday to Friday and the contract in until to March 2022 but has the potential to eventually go permanent for the suitable candidate

Candidates must have a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel - Essential
Excellent knowledge of UK Geography due to the nature of the work the department does
Be methodical, self-motivated, and able to work on own initiative
Be adaptable to business requirements, be able to pick up new processes quickly and show willing to learn all aspects of the role
Have a flexible approach to working within a team and independently
A high level of literacy and numerical skills and be well organised is required
