The Person

• You must be an experienced, talented, ambitious, and driven recruiter with the desire to grow your business and progress your career.
• Our ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years' experience, have a record of hitting targets and developing business and teams.
• Experience of recruiting engineering personnel within the Energy sector is preferred or alternatively a strong desire to learn and grow within this exciting industry.
