Salary: GBP8,000 - GBP10,000 per annum
Permanent - Part - Time (20hrs a week - very flexible around days/hours)

I am currently recruiting a part time, Telesales Agent to join a well-established Manufacturing company based in Basildon, Essex.
You will be joining a warm and friendly team, and will be expected to help contribute by generating sales for the company.
This job is for 20 hours per week, these hours can we worked over 2/3/4/5 days to best suit your commitments. Salary on offer starts at GBP8000 per annum + Bi-annual bonuses.
Main Duties:
• Calling UK businesses to promote the company and obtain initial contact details, to create their own database and client portfolio in order to sell products and services
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
• Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Answers questions about product specifications and pricing
• Explains product pricing and negotiates bulk or package pricing
• Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes
• Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
• Assists sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers as and when required
• Contact customers in response to correspondence or feedback • Monitors order status to ensure that clients receive orders in a timely manner
Skills required:
Previous telesales/cold-calling experience
You will an excellent communicator and must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints.
You should be confident, friendly, self-motivated and dedicated to developing business.
