Our client is an independent provider of telecoms solutions. For over ten years, they have used their expertise and industry knowledge to reduce customers’ costs and maximise their communications capabilities.
 
They are currently seeking a Lead Generator to join their Renewals team on a full-time basis.

- Salary of £18,000 per annum with OTE of £44,000

The Role
 
As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for looking after our client’s existing customer base.
 
You will be proactively calling our client’s customers to discuss their current contract details, finding out whether they are looking to upgrade or make any changes and passing these leads on to the Renewals Manager.
 
About You
 
To be considered as a Lead Generator, you will need:
 
- A ‘can do’ attitude and the drive to be the best you can be
- To be empathetic and have great listening skills
- The ability to follow directions and be eager to learn
- To be comfortable asking tough questions
- Great communication skills, especially on the telephone
- To be ambitious and have a positive attitude
