You Must:
* Qualified and registered with the NMC
* Ideally experienced in an elderly and dementia care environment
* Confident in all areas of care planning and delivery
* Able to work a flexible shift pattern.
* You will be experienced in producing well-developed care plans and understand regulatory frameworks
We are currently recruiting for a Nurse on behalf of a well-established care provider with homes across the UK. The company are highly regarded and strive to deliver leading nursing and residential care for the elderly with dementia and nursing needs. Our client looks to develop staff and can offer progression to key members of staff, this company is currently growing and expanding and will be looking to develop a new and exciting business development plan across the UK.
As a Nurse must have experience of working within elderly care with a an active NMC PIN. They will also be able to demonstrate knowledge gained in previous positions as well as suitable qualifications relevant to the sector. A priority for this company is going to be personal growth and training of staff and development of people's personal progression.
