My client bases in the Alcester are of Warwickshire is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator on a Temp to Perm basis.

As a suitable candidate you will provide Admin support to the Sales Team, liaising with customers, providing the relevant information and documentation as required.

The main responsibilities for the role include

- Dealing with enquiries by phone and email
- Uploading information onto internal database
- Compiling quotes and following up where necessary
- Prepare packs

As a suitable candidate you will offer the following

- previous experience as an administrator within manufacturing would be preferred
- Follow strict Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Good IT skills
- excellent communication skills with an ability to get on with people of all nationalities
- show willingness to learn and develop professionally within the role

As its a Temp to Perm role you must be available at short notice

The hours are Mon-Thurs (Apply online only) with a 1330 finish on Fridays, this is a 35 hour working week and the hourly pay rate will be between GBP9.89 and GBP10.99.
