Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club have an exciting opportunity for a Strength & Conditioning Coach (RTC) to join the team.

Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing

Salary: Dependent on skills & experience

Job Type:

Hours: A flexible approach to the working week including weekends is required.

It is expected that you will work:

Tuesdays 5-9pm

Wednesdays 7-9pm

Thursdays 5-7pm

Saturdays Matchday

Job Type: Casual, Zero Hours

Strength & Conditioning Coach - The Role:

Brighton & Hove Albion FC are recruiting for a Strength & Conditioning Coach to come and join the regional talent club department in a casual basis. The role will support the provision of the sport science and strength and conditioning of the RTC programme.

Strength & Conditioning Coach - Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach, you will support the provision of sport science including testing, data analysis and interpretation and daily data collection and analysis of training and physiological monitoring data. You will work closely with and supporting the regional talent club teams and players. You will design and agree a structured sequential, evidence based athletic development programmes across the Regional Talent Club (RTC) age groups.

Strength & Conditioning Coach - You:

The successful candidate must hold the following qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree in Sports Science / Strength and Conditioning or related area from a recognised University

- Hold a UK Strength & Conditioning Association (UKSCA) Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach (ASCC) credential

- Hold a UK Anti-Doping Accredited Advisor (UKAD Clean Sport Advisor)

- FA Emergency First Aid qualification

- FA Safeguarding Children Workshop Certificate

The successful candidate must also be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS CRC (Criminal Background Check).
