Lettings Negotiator
Basic: GBP17-19k
OTE: GBP23-25k
Location: Bristol
Hours and holiday
Monday to Friday: 8:45-6:00pm
1 in 2 Saturdays: 9:00-4:00pm (with lieu day in the week)
25 days holiday plus bank holidays

The role in a nutshell
Generate, arrange, and carry out viewings of properties to let
Build and maintain long term relationships with landlords
Ensuring consistent delivery of our high levels of customer service
Efficiently dealing with landlord and tenant enquiries
Tenant referencing
Basic: GBP17-19k
OTE: GBP23-25k
