The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a strong recruitment background as a Account Manager/ Contracts Manager looking after large national contracts within either the Industrial or Driving sector's and be used to supplying temporary industrial or driving staff to a large onsite client.
As an experienced Account Manager Contracts Manager you will have full responsibility for ensuring that the contract runs smoothly and you will be working with the Regional Manager to ensure that the client receives a first class service. The successful candidate will get the full support and guidance of the Regional Manager and the senior management team.
The person they are seeking will be an experienced Account Manager/ Contracts Manager within the recruitment industry and who has worked within the Industrial or Driving sectors and who has managed and developed large national contracts to their full potential.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the Regional Manager and client to give an outstanding first class service. You will be working from my clients Northampton branch but may have to go on site when required, therefore you must have a driving licence to perform this role successfully.

A desire to succeed and to grow the contract as well as looking after new contracts that the branch wins
