Production Planner - FMCG
Circa 28k + Benefits
Working hours - flexible start and finish times between 7am - 5.30pm
Here we have an opportunity to join a rapidly growing and successful FMCG business.
Galvanised with a great team spirit and senior management team this role will join the Planning function and work with the Operations Director in producing solid production plans approx 24-48 hours before production.
You will have the experience, guidance and support of the Senior Planner who can assist you where needs be.
On a day-to-day basis you'll be looking at customer orders, future needs and managing a plan to deliver these.
The role is varied and no 2 days the same, you'll need to find the best solutions and communicate these throughout the different teams and managers to collectively find the optimum results.
Thing can and do happen and the ability to think on your feet and adapt as you go on will be called upon.

We are looking for good team player, someone who can find solutions and come up with fresh ideas.
You'll need to be a good communicator and be confident enough to voice your plans and innovative solutions.
Previous skills required.
Strong - advanced excel user
Production planning experience - can be from any manufacturing industry or similar
Commercial awareness of production processes
ERP/MRP Systems - advantageous but no essential
