Do you have a passion for HR? Do you enjoy working working in Administration?

We are working with a wonderful client to provide a temporary HR Administrator for their busy office based in Cambridge. Working for a diverse and excellent college in Cambridge the role will entail keeping the day to day HR function running by dealing with recruitment needs of the college as follows:

Managing applications and CVs
Communicating with candidates
Drafting offer letters
Recording sickness for other departments
Monitoring working hours and other information required for furlough scheme
Monitoring the HR inbox
To be considered for the role you will need to have:

Experience of working within HR administration
HR qualification is desirable but not essential
Good organisational skills
Confident communicator
Flexible worker
The role is being offered on a temporary part-time basis of 20 hours a week over 5 days, Monday to Friday. There is potential for the role to become a permanent full time role in the future for the right candidate!
