Compensation: GBP23,500 - GBP25,000 per annum + 10% bonus tied to the growth in the Company's adjusted EBITDA performance

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Junior Financial Accountant to join the team here at Staffing 360 Solutions!

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Finance team in a fast-paced staffing & recruiting company. The successful candidate will be one who is eager to learn, take on new responsibilities and can work independently and use sound judgment in performing their duties.

Key Responsibilities:

*Accounts payable process from end to end
*Payment runs for expenses, supplier payments, and contractor payroll
*Balance sheet reconciliations, including fixed assets
*Treasury tasks including daily cash monitoring and financing transactions
*Petty cash management
*Master payments and updates of receipts
*Other finance tasks as required

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

*1+ year experience in accounting
*AAT at level 3 stage or qualified
*Accounts payable experience preferred
*Bookkeeping experience
*Experience with banking and payments preferred
*Must be confident with high attention to detail
*Ability to use Microsoft applications
*Ability to always use own initiative
