There will be a requirement to work one weeks evening shift per month from home which you will be paid shift allowance for. The other working weeks will be office based in Watford.
My Client is a highly dynamic and successful MSP, computer reseller and consultancy providing leading best of breed IT hardware, software, networking and peripheral products who are seeking an enthusiastic 1st Line Support/Help Desk Engineer with roughly 12 months experience. You may be an Ex-Apprentice but clearly not necessarily.

You will have good exposure to Windows, O365, Active Directory, Password resets, resolving hardware problems, Printer issues, Remote Access software, call logging software as well as:
- Remote Hardware/Software support
- Office 365 support
- Windows10 Support
- Firewall management
- Network troubleshooting (wired and wireless)
You must have excellent communication skills and be polite/personable. Attention to detail is a must.
