Spectrum IT are working with a Southampton/London based client to recruit a Contract Client Engagement Manager to support post sales. This is a 12 Month (maternity cover) contract role deemed inside IR35. For this role the client are able to offer flexible working based on 2 days a week in the Southampton or London office.

As the Contract Client Engagement Manager you will work alongside analytical services teams to support the end clients and confirm that the services/data that is being collected and analysed is actionable and inline with client requirements. (This could include; the creation of actionable insights using the Interaction Analytics solution suite, querying development, analysing audio and text based interactions, interactive reporting views and dashboards, reviewing business case developments, presenting development and communications to internal and external customers.) As part of the post-sales analytical engagements team you will work closely with Technical PM's, Support and Delivery team members, Account Managers, BA's as appropriate to develop and deliver analysis activities required to support the Post Sales projects.

This role will require strong engagement and influencing skills to work with the Client to effectively define a project approach to meet the key deliverables of the Statement of Work; creativity to approach and explore business hypotheses to enable their team to provide supporting and actionable analytical evidence and change Management Skills to support the client in the operational deployment of projects that will deliver business value.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Deliver to the specifics of the Statement of Work agreed for each client
  • Meet defined deadlines
  • Create delivery plan for every Release
  • Conduct daily update calls with the analytical teams
  • Deliver final Release presentations
  • Create and deliver Quarterly Business Review
  • Deliver valuable and actionable findings to the Customer
  • Create strong, actionable business cases
  • Complete monthly scorecard for Senior Business Analyst and Business Analysts
  • Maintain positive relationship with customer
  • Participate in Strategic Improvement Projects as assigned
