Autopilot/Intune Support Engineer - Harlow

An enthusiastic and experienced Support Engineer is required to join a small IT team, through operating as the sole IT presence in a location of approximately 30 seats.
Reporting directly to the IT Manager, this is an important, demanding and rewarding role, assisting in the support of around 65 users across the three business locations
The successful candidate must have hands-on experience of the Microsoft network platform and Microsoft 365 implementations using Autopilot and Intune. A knowledge of network maintenance and an awareness of virtualised environments will be an advantage. Self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised is a given.

Main purpose of the role
* Overseeing the rollout of Microsoft 365 cloud devices using Autopilot/Intune.
* To assist in the implementation of company-wide cloud migration projects.
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support for users across all sites and home workers but focusing primarily on the Harlow site.
* Assist in procurement, install, commission, maintaining, troubleshooting and decommissioning of varied company ICT equipment.
* Support our design and manufacture systems based at Harlow.
* Assist with general day to day network administration.
* Maintain system documentation.
* Assist in other projects where required.

Requirements
* A Microsoft professional with knowledge of Microsoft 365 implementations including Autopilot/Intune.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments.
* Experience of Windows 10 and Microsoft networking along with a working awareness of virtualised environments.
* Fault diagnosis and resolution skills.
* Quick learner, self starter. Handover time may be limited.
* Car owner with full driving licence (occasional travel to the other 2 sites may be required).
* The ability to work to tight deadlines and work with users in a professional, confident and friendly manner.
* Eager to learn latest technologies.
