Due to significant growth on a global scale, we are seeking a Application Support Analyst - Application Support Engineer to join a busy IT function in Atherstone, Warwickshire. The team you would be joining, develop and support business-critical logistics applications which are used across the business.
LOCATION: Atherstone, Warwickshire
SALARY: GBP30,000 - GBP45,000 + Excellent package, Regular salary increments, Enhanced pension scheme, Flexibility, 33 days holiday, Online benefits, Death in service, Onsite parking and Perks package.
Duties and responsibilities of the Application Support Analyst - Application Support Engineer :
- You will need to respond to tickets and work on them in a 1st / 2nd line role.
- You would be working on system improvement projects
- You will contribute to the build-up of knowledge base articles
Essential skills for the Application Support Analyst - Application Support Engineer :
- You will have excellent customer service skills
- You will be able to interact confidently with technical and non-technical users across the business
- You will be able to quickly understand bespoke applications and reports
- You will have a good working knowledge of Transport Management systems or Warehouse Management Systems.
- Working in team environments
