An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Support Scheduler for a major Workplace Solutions provider, onsite in the laboratory environment for an agricultural/scientific organisation, based in Bracknell. This is an initial 3-4 month placement with option of going permanent for right candidate. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with one of the world's largest commercial real estate organisations.
The role will primarily be responsible for processing all work order requests, logging them on Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and liaising with 3rd party vendors to ensure work is booked in and completed in timely and high quality manner. The role will have support and training from the internal Integrated Laboratory Solutions group network. Also responsible for scheduling and tracking preventative maintenance, acting as main liaison between customer and third party contractors and other additional related duties.
Successful candidate will have good organisational, communication and PC skills, with experience of working in a fast paced, operational FM environment, ideally in laboratory instrument support. Knowledge of CMMS or similar financial systems experience would be advantageous.
