Data/MI Analyst x2 - Warwick - GBP30-32k
Due to large growth and key client demand my client a leading name within the utilities sector are currently recruiting multiple Data Analysts.
You will work as part of team of analysts that ensure the back-office processes that underpin the Connections process are carried out.
Key Accountabilities
* Manage multiple customer applications and take them through the front end of the connections process to "Clock Start".
* To understand the connections process well enough to guide both new and existing customers through the detail of the process.
* Ensure the connections process is followed and high-quality outputs are produced right first time and on time; including processing of customer applications, SBNs, customer invoices etc???
* Keep Connections Contract Managers up to date regarding customer applications and any relevant developments.
* Liaise with relevant parties in the TO companies (NGET, SHET and SPT) in order to take customer applications through the competency process and address any issues that arise.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency of team processes.
Section 4 - Knowledge, Experience and Technical Know How
* Knowledge of the end to end Connections process would be beneficial.
* Proven experience of using CRM systems such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce or other similar platforms.
* Strong skills in time and workload management and prioritisation will be essential.
* Experience of working to and delivering against tight deadlines.
* Some experience or understanding of basic finance and accounting software e.g. SAP.
* Excellent customer and stakeholder skills.
* Solid computer skills including being able to work with basic datasets in MS Excel.
* Demonstrated ability to be able to build effective relationships quickly both internally and externally.
* Excellent communication skills.
