Our client based in Hemswell are looking for someone to work in their front office. The ideal candidate will have some experience in admin based roles and it would be beneficial if they have previous working knowledge of stock control systems. However, training will be provided.
Duties would include;
Answering the telephone to customers, suppliers, transport companies etc.
Making bookings on an internal online booking system.
General admin duties such as filing despatch notes, receipt notes.
Entering pallet movements on to a stock control system.
Greeting and booking in visitors and drivers.
Liaising with warehouse staff and managers.
The role will be for around 30 to 36 hours per week, with extra hours for holiday cover when needed. Start and finish times are to be confirmed.
Rate of pay is dependent upon experience
