Wholesale Finance Analyst

Wholesale Finance Analyst - Edinburgh - Permanent - Up to 34.1K

Parity Group Plc is delighted to be partnered with a major utility client who presently has a requirement for a Wholesale Finance Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

I am ideally looking for someone who has a background incorporating both billing and customer service experience.

The key responsibilities include:

- Preparing and issuing invoices to Licensed Providers in line with tight monthly deadlines

- Investigating disputes by liaising between Licensed Provider and the relevant in-house teams

- Dealing with queries either by telephone or email

Essential Skills/Knowledge:

- Experience of dealing with customers

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

- Numerate with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Strong communication and problem solving skills
