Your new company is a respected Managed Services Provider based in the South of Glasgow who are looking for an IT Support Analyst. They pride themselves in having a proactive approach with customers and offering a hassle free service. They offer services across Cloud Computing, Managed Networks and Security.

Your new role
Your new role as an IT Support Analyst will be to work as part of a small close knit team in supporting various clients across Glasgow. You will do this mainly from there office based in the South West of Glasgow and in person across various parts of Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to get a broad range of experience across office 365, virtualisation, Wintel, networking and security.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in the majority of the following technologies to be considered:

• Windows Desktop Operating Systems
• Windows Servers 2012+
• Office 365
• Active Directory
• Networking
• Firewalls
