A local organisation have an exciting opportunity as they are looking to recruit an Estates Manager.

This is a full time position on a fixed term contract for 24 months.

The successful candidate will assist the Corporate Property Manager in delivering all estates functions in connection to the organisations land and property holdings, and to act as the property manager for a wide range of landlord and tenant matters.

The Estate Manager will be responsible for providing advice on estate management matters relating to the organisations land and property holdings to both internal and external customers.

Identify opportunities to maximise income from the organisations commercial property portfolio and provide appropriate property advice.

The post will lead on procurement and contract management in the commissioning of relevant property related services and to ensure the best service is achieved from their outsourced services.

The post is integral to the successful management of the property portfolio and the efficient operation of the Property department.

To carry out allocated rent reviews and lease renewals to maximise income and obtain best value.

Educated to RICS accredited degree level or equivalent in an appropriate discipline

Proven significant commercial property management experience

Detailed knowledge and understanding of Landlord and Tennant matters, including relating legislation

The ability to communicate clearly and experience of working in a client / contractor environment

Whilst your work location will be Maidstone town centre, working from home is also available.

Salary: GBP36,798 - GBP39,918 per annum
