Job Title: HR Generalist 12 Month Mat Cover
Salary: cGBP40,000 DOE
Location: Leeds
This is an exciting interim maternity cover to join a growing financial services organisation on a 12 month fixed term contract. If you have a strong HR generalist background with Reward experience, great numeracy skills and analytic ability, this role may be for you!

Ideally you will:
- CIPD Qualified
- 5+ years of HR Generalist Experience
- 2+ years of Reward experience
- Come from a regulated background
Duties:
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with relevant business leaders and professionals ensuring they are coached and fully supported
- Strong knowledge of reward and competent in numeracy and analytics
- Actively contribute to the creation of the people strategy and assist in ensuring its translation into respective business areas.
- Work with the relevant functional leaders to translate their business requirements into effective HR practices and deliver people solutions, maintaining alignment to the overall people strategy and company goals.
- Identify and realise opportunities for innovation, change and improvement in both business and HR practice including performance management, talent, resourcing and development
