Are you an experienced Recruiter or Resourcer, looking for a new project? We are looking for someone who will be responsible for proactive candidate attraction, where either our current recruitment strategies are not attracting sufficient volumes of candidates or where existing strategies are not working. You will develop and implement recruitment campaigns for our teams with high vacancies, through a variety of activities to ensure we find the right people to join Affinity Trust.
This role is a 6 month full time contract

About The Role
Working as part of a central in-house recruitment team, responsible for proactive candidate attraction for our teams. You will implement & conduct recruitment campaigns, through a variety of activities to ensure we find the right people to join our teams in areas where we have high volume of vacancies.
What skills and experience do I need?
Do you have:
* Experience of working in a dynamic recruitment environment including online and social advertising and telephone screening.
* A positive 'can do' attitude and have experience in high volume/hard to reach recruitment. Are you:
* A confident and outgoing person, who is not afraid to pick up the phone and enjoys speaking to people both over the phone & face to face.
* A team player, who enjoys working to targets/deadlines.
* A self motivated individual who likes a challenge and is proactive & tenacious. •Able to think outside the box, to come up with varied plans to attract candidates.
* Able to ensure the effectiveness of each recruitment campaign and suggest alternative strategies when not successful.
Can you:

* Work to KPIs and targets to constantly improve the recruitment process & recruitment outcomes.
