Job Description:
We're looking for someone with a great eye for design to join the growing social media team.
You will work across a variety of clients, understanding their branding, designs and style.
Previous experience working specifically on the design of social media posts is essential, while you work closely with the social team to come up with creative, thumb-stopping content that
will help increase engagement for our clients.
You'll work collaboratively with the senior social exec and social media manager, and have a can-do attitude and willingness to challenge yourself every day.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
??? Brainstorm creative social ideas and opportunities with the social media team
??? Support creation of content calendars in Google Sheets
??? Suggest new ideas and share latest trends with the social team
??? Collaborate on social media campaign ideas and designs
??? Present your ideas and suggestions to the wider team
??? Communicate with paid social and web design teams for consistency in design ideas
??? Assist in the daily tasks assigned by management
??? Produce and take ownership of project timelines for each client
??? Support the social media team with pitches and presentations
??? Fully understand our clients inside and out
??? Deep dive into client audiences to create tailored social designs that will resonate with them
??? Ensure attention to detail is optimal at all times
??? Able to create animated posts to social media
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
??? A genuine interest in the advertising/digital media and marketing/creative industries
??? A creative flair and excellent eye for detail
??? Ability to collaborate and work well in a team
??? An understanding of all social media channels (mainly Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn)
??? The ability to prioritise tasks (across multiple projects) and manage your own time is essential
??? Ability to work towards tight deadlines - pro-active, punctual and well-organised
??? Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the work we deliver is of the highest quality
??? Passionate and enthusiastic. Confident in nature
??? A people person - a cultural fit, with an honest personality is everything!
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
??? Previous experience working on social media designs
??? Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Sketch or other design creation software
??? Experience working on small animations
??? Ability to create IG Reels, and understand the latest trends in social media
??? Photography skills
??? Familiarity with Google Sheets
