We are now seeking a Telemarketer / Sales Assistant to join our teams in Milton Keynes or London.

The Role

As a Telemarketer / Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our decking systems to customers via outbound calling activity.

Taking a cheerful approach to your role, you will also respond to incoming sales calls and support both the customer service and sales teams. You’ll be helping to move projects through the marketing or sales pipelines through telemarketing activity, answering customer’s emails, and completing and processing sales orders.

This fast-paced and varied role will also see you:

- Updating the CRM system
- Delivering on month-end goals and KPIs
- Booking appointments, arranging events and making travel arrangements for the Sales Team
- Creating and issuing sales documentation
- Ensuring sales emails are responded to within the agreed timeframe

About You

To be considered as a Telemarketer / Sales Assistant, you will need:

- At least one year’s experience in a sales support, telemarketing, customer service or sales administration role
- Experience of using a CRM system
- Some experience with selling over the phone, order taking and quote follow up
- At a minimum, five GSCEs or the equivalent, including Mathematics and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational skills
