Job Title: Billing and Accounts Administrator
Salary: GBP21,000 - GBP22,000 per annum
Location: Hitchin
Contract: Permanent, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
COMPANY PROFILE
A reputable manufacturing company are looking for a Billing and Accounts Administrator to join their busy and thriving offices. This role is very fast paced, you will be working within a team of 6, invoicing roughly 5,000 invoices per week.
This is a role for someone with strong attention to detail and previous experience.
SKILLS REQUIRED
•Previous administration experience
•Strong attention to detail
•Ability to work under pressure and work towards deadlines
•Highly organised
•Good numeracy skills
•Computer literate on Microsoft packages
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Generating invoices for quoted work
•Answering customer queries
•Liasing with different teams internally such as Credit Control
•Updating the portals and website with invoicing information
•Logging breakdowns on the system and arrange an Engineer to visit the site
