The Opportunity
* 100% delivery-focused opportunity for an experienced internal recruiter or agency recruiter from a strong service-focused background managing delivery of high-profile key accounts.
* You could be working up to 30 vacancies at any one time so experience of volume recruitment and strong prioritisation skills are essential.
* Working from hi-spec offices in Harrogate, you will be working closely with a highly experienced and supportive manager with a business that provides products and services to the energy, construction and civil engineering sectors.
* With a national remit, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of roles from customer-facing, service-focused roles through to technical and engineering-based positions right up to Operations Managers and Director level. Experience recruiting a broad range of levels would be highly advantageous.
* Your focus over the first six months will be very much on getting to know the business, the hiring managers you will be supporting and working to increase candidate flow.
* Work with and consult with a range of internal stakeholders to ensure briefs are understood, marketed appropriately and a first-class experience is delivered to candidates throughout process.
* Work with academic institutions to ensure candidate pipeline is maintained for graduate and apprenticeship schemes as appropriate.
* Support and manage your candidate's journey throughout the interview process from engagement to offer and post-offer onboarding activities.
