Our client is a global company that provide opportunities to people to build their own business via direct sales, they operate in the health and nutrition industry and now have products available in Australia, Canada, Greater China including Hong Kong SAR and Taiwan SAR, Japan, Kazakhstan, Mexico, The Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, and the United States.
They were established many years ago and have a strong reputation and are now looking to strengthen their marketing based in Hammersmith London with a Russian speaking Marketing Assistant.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role requires strong knowledge of English and Russian languages (native level in Russian required, native level in Ukrainian preferred but not required). This role also requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, a creative eye and ability to adapt to new processes as required. The person chosen will help with the creation/adaptation of every-day Marketing materials in Russian, and provide further help with English materials. As day-to-day responsibilities may vary, it will be fundamental that there is a willingness to grow and learn new skills every day.
This role will also be responsible for: updating email databases, scheduling emails, scheduling social media posts, organise files and keep storage up to date, gather campaign information by liaising with other departments, analysing social media and email data.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Copywriting skills
o Interest in copywriting is advised.
o All files/systems/campaigns will require translation and/or copywriting in Russian (and Ukrainian).
o Proactivity in creating and reviewing copy files.
• Translations
o Ensure consistency in translations when required.
o Aid with translations for Social Media, Emails or other Marketing assets as required.
• Email Marketing
o Drafting Russian/Ukrainian email marketing campaigns as required.
o Proof-reading and support in management of translations for multiple markets.
o Evaluation of email marketing campaigns.
• Market Assistance
o Provide Marketing support to Russia and Ukraine by analysing and creating marketing
campaigns.
• Online platform management
o Aid in the management of Russian online platforms and update of those.
o Provide assistance with Content Management Systems, specially (but not limited to)
when it related to Russian-speaking markets.
• Events
o Support in the development of communications for events.
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Experience and Attributes:
• Qualification and/or light experience in Marketing/Copywriting/Communications.
• Digital acumen; with detailed understanding of social media functionality, CRM and email
management, digital marketing strategy.
• Confident communicator, excellent written and verbal English (advanced) and Russian
(native level).
• Native level in Ukrainian is preferred, but not essential.
• Self-starter and used to working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and technical knowledge, with ability to multitask and high level
of attention to detail
