Conveyancing Fee Earner
Sue Ross Legal are working with a long established, traditional law firm who have offices spread across the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire region. They are looking to recruit a Property Fee Earner to join them and are flexible as to which office you join.
You will be responsible for handling your own full mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files from start to finish including;
* Sales
* Purchases
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
* New builds
To be considered for the role you will ideally be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer. This is not essential though as our client will also look at CVs from candidates who are qualified by experience. You MUST have experience handling your own full caseload from start to finish however. A competitive salary along with other benefits are on offer at this firm.
