Job Role:
With seemingly evermore appreciation for their company's trading style and commitment to deliver the very best purchasing experience it is felt that the team would all benefit from a further retail expert being within their midst.

Current staff have all benefited from in-house training, external courses, and the opportunity to attend seminars where the tutorials relate specifically to enhancing this business's trading outcomes - you would equally be included.

The store balance and atmosphere is all about team contribution and eagerness to collectively work really hard and smart to ensure best outcomes. Be you working on store displays, pro-actively responding to email and phone call enquiries across to liaising helpfully with trusted suppliers. Reuniting repaired precious items or delivery of merchandise ordered anew you will be encouraged to keep every expectant client recipient well informed as to progress and date of arrival for either collection or onward store despatch.

A challenge very often when working less hours than other colleagues is the ability to pass the baton in a seamless manner so matters continue to flow even in your store absence. This calls therefore for a logical thoughtful approach to planning in advance and openly communicating to colleagues, actions that they can support you with in the interim.



It is felt that this role would suit a real retail service enthusiast and it is not thought to be a necessity that applicants possess past jewellery or watch experience - our client's sales floor team can guide you through all.


You do though need to be 'retail experienced,' personally very disciplined, eager to learn and take on board our client's selling mantra.
