An opportunity to work for a well-invested & continuously growing food manufacturer who produce premium quality products across own label and branded categories.
The role;
* You will be responsible for driving quality standards and overseeing customer interface within the technical team
* Building exceptional relationships across the customer base
* You'll work with the leadership team to identify, develop & implement technical improvements to products, practices & standards
* Managing customer site visits, audits and ensuring customer technical plans are implemented to the highest standards
* Provide technical support to the NPD department in addition to liaising with manufacturing & supply chain teams
About You;
* Experience already gained in a technical, quality or compliance role within the food industry that includes significant exposure to retail customers and standards.
* Experienced and confident in working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Chilled, high care product experience would be advantageous.
* Able to calmly react to unexpected business demands and take the technical lead on queries that may arise
