Compliance and Quality Assurance Officer
Health and Social Care
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic Compliance Officer to join an Organisation that is successfully leading the way in providing Innovative, Quality Care & Support solutions for Older People, Adults, Children & Families across South Yorkshire, East Midlands and the North West.
Our Quality Assurance and Compliance department have a focus on:
* Providing high-quality and person-centred services
* Promoting best practice through a culture of continuous improvement and development
* Completing internal audits to ensure that the Organisation complies with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures are used and followed
* Writing comphrensive and evidenced-based audit reports
* Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
We require you to:
* Have a relevant health and social care qualification
* Have experience of working in health and social care
* Have experience of completing audits
* Have good knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation, standards, statutory guidance and social theory
* Working knowledge of Ofsted/CQC Inspection Framework
* Be able to work across our services
