We are recruiting for friendly Support Workers of all experience and none to join our team at Ashbury in Taunton.

At Ashbury in Taunton the People We Support enjoy a range of activities, such as getting involved in their community, going out for drives or walks, going out for meals, to the cinema, bowling, swimming, sensory activities or choosing to stay at home relaxing, interacting with others, beauty sessions or arts and crafts. Part of your role will be to encourage the person you are supporting to get involved and make the most of these activities even in a small meaningful way through active participation, as well as supporting with daily living, which includes personal care, moving and assisting, eating and drinking. Some of the people we support have dementia or require end of life care, so compassion and respect are a must for the applicant. Full training, Induction and support will be given.
