IT Service Desk Manager
Sanderson are working with our client to help them recruit an IT Service Desk Manager during what is a very exciting time for them as they go through a large transformation which is having a positive impact across all areas of the business
They are now looking for an experienced Service Desk Manager to join the team who will take on the responsibility for the daily operations of the service desk whilst also to see how things can be improved and bettered not just within the team & function but how it also impacts all parts of the business it works with
You will have the flexibility to work remotely for the large part with the expectation of being in the office 1-2 days a week when things return to some normality.
The ideal candidate will be working in a similar role, within any type of company, and have a good understanding of the ITIL Service Management framework. They will also need to help build, grow and nurture the team and people within that team individually. There will also be a strategic element to the role not just for the short term but long term as well, looking at the bigger picture for the team going forward.
Coupled with this you will need to be a strong communicator and have the ability to work alongside other parts of the business and join a small management team in the delivery function
