IT Support Helpdesk Team Leader
Fantastic opportunity to work for a small Microsoft Gold Partner in Surrey providing IT support and services to SMEs throughout the UK.
Whilst you'll be asked to help out with the tickets - your primary responsibility will be ensuring the small helpdesk team of 4 are logging, prioritising, and resolving service calls effectively and efficiently. You will be liaising with 3rd parties where necessary and making sure that tickets are dealt with in an appropriate manner.
Required Knowledge And Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer Service and Prioritisation skills
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving skills.
Office Applications (Word/Excel/Outlook)
Office 365 tenant admin
Networking and Hardware skills are an advantage but at a minimum be able to carry out troubleshooting from the command line.
You'll be exposed to Microsoft Cloud technologies such as Azure, Sharepoint and Onedrive and we actively encourage our staff to obtain Microsoft Certification and pay for up to 4 exams per year and provide a full gamut of online training services to that aim.
